"Kudo's too the entire team at BMW Ft.Worth. Brein, Byron and the entire staff made my purchase experience a real PLEASURE!!!. On 1/25/07, I purchased a new K1200 LT. I purchased this bike sight unseen without as much as a test ride due to my experience with Byron over the phone (i live 150 miles away from the dealership). I have never experienced this level of excellence in customer service before (have beeen riding for 37 years). These guys went out of thier way to take care of me during the purchase process.
